Implementation

TeamDesign implementation planning is a two-part process. First we determine what you need right now and then your long-term needs. A dedicated implementation specialist will learn your business process and critical needs and will help set up TeamDesign to fit design your daily workflow. From implementation planning through go-live, you can receive training for set up and processes. 

A dedicated account manager will learn your business process and critical needs and will help design your daily workflow. From implementation planning through go-live, you can receive training during weekly one-on-one calls. Virtual training sessions are also available or an on-site consultation. After go-live, you will work with your account manager for a minimum of 45 days and receive dedicated personal attention to help you gain confidence with system.

Support

TeamDesign Customer Support Engineers are available during regular business hours in Central Time. They are ready to offer assistance for any situation. 

Training

Training availability doesn’t stop once implementation is complete. A variety of training options are available to fit your business needs.

Nashville Training Center

We offer HANDS-ON training on our products in the Nashville training center. Class sizes are small and intimate. Basic and Advanced training are available.

Virtual Classes

Our Virtual Classroom lets you attend live classes without leaving your desk. Watch, listen and interact as an experienced instructor walks you through a software application.

Instructors demonstrate how the software works through our Web site, and you interact with the instructor and the other students over the telephone.

Virtual classes are offered in TeamDesign modules, add-on products and special topics.

Onsite Training

Training at your location is available! Currently, TeamDesign is the only product training taught outside of the Nashville Training Center.

Each year, ECi hosts an annual users’ conference that provides intense software training, the opportunity to meet with third-party vendors to learn of the most current technology solutions available, the chance to exchange information to learn and share best business practices and, best of all, time to network with other users of your software.
